צפיפות שיניים בלסת התחתונה היא דבר שכיח מאד והיא לרוב מחמירה עם הגיל בגלל העמקת המנשך ושחיקת השיניים. שינוי מתאר השיניים על ידי הורדת חומר שן מינימאלית וישור השיניים יכול לפתור את בעיית הצפיפות . יש לשמר את המצב החדש על ידי קיבוע.
Crowding of teeth in lower arch is quire common and usualy get worse with age due to attrition and deepening of the bite. Reshaping of the teeth by inter proximal reduction with orthodontics may solve the problem. Fixed retainer is needed to preserve the result.
