Crowding of teeth
Crowding of teeth occurs when there is insufficient space for all teeth on the jaw. The degree of crowding may be small, medium or large, and may occur in either or both jaws.
The space required for spreading the crowding will be achieved if necessary, by minimal filing of teethin interproximinal areas (stripping).
Another option is moving teeth backward or widening.
