פרט לתיקון הבליטה של השיניים ויחסי CLASS II יש לשים לב לדלקת החניכיים שעכשיו נראית יותר לאחר הורדת הסמכים. יש לבצע מעקב אחר התאוששות החניכיים והפפילות ולהדריך את המטופל להשתמש בכל אמצעי הניקוי כולל הברשת השיניים, שימוש בחוט דנטלי וכמו כן שטיפות פה.
Beside of correcting the proclined teeth and the class II malocclusion, we should pay attention to the gingivitis that is now more noticeable after bracket removal. We should follow-up the recovery of the gingiva and instruct the patient how to use all cleaning devices including brushing, dental floss and mouth wash.
